This Privacy Policy explains how Gopigraphy Inc (“we”, “our”, or “us”), operating under the brand SuperFlyp, collects, uses, and protects information in connection with Downlogo — a Chrome extension that allows users to detect, extract, and download logos from any website they visit. By installing or using Downlogo, you agree to this policy.

Downlogo processes page content entirely on your device to detect and extract logo assets. No page content or logo files are transmitted to external servers by default. Your browsing content stays with you.

1. Information We Collect

Downlogo collects only what is necessary to provide its core functionality.

Page & Asset Content

Images, SVG files, and HTML structure from websites you visit, used solely to detect and extract logo assets. Processed locally on your device — never transmitted to our servers.

No Account Required

Downlogo does not currently require an account, email address, or any personal information to use. We do not collect names, emails, or any identifying information at this time.

No Analytics or Telemetry

We do not collect usage analytics, behavioural data, crash reports, or any other telemetry from within the extension.

2. How We Use Your Information

Since Downlogo collects no personal information at this time, the only data processing that occurs is:

• Page & asset content — Used only on your device to detect, parse, and extract logo files for download. This data is never uploaded, stored, or sent to any third-party service.

3. Local Processing – No Data Transmission

Downlogo detects and extracts logo assets entirely on your device. No logo files, page URLs, page content, or user data are ever sent to any third-party server. The only outbound network request made by Downlogo is to load the Google Fonts stylesheet, used solely for UI cosmetics within the extension. Your browsing content and downloaded assets remain entirely on your device.

Downlogo does not use external AI APIs or any other third-party processing service. There are no analytics calls, telemetry requests, or background data transfers of any kind.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade any user data. Since Downlogo does not collect personal information, there is no personal data to share. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.

In limited circumstances, we may share data only as follows:

• Service providers — Trusted vendors who assist with hosting or infrastructure, bound by confidentiality obligations.

• Legal obligations — If required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.

• Business transfer — In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of Gopigraphy Inc, any user data at that time may be transferred. We will notify you beforehand if applicable.

5. Data Retention

Because Downlogo does not currently collect personal information, there is no personal data to retain. All logo extraction and processing occurs locally and is not stored by us. If a future version of Downlogo introduces account functionality or data collection, this section will be updated accordingly.

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, delete, or object to its processing. Since we currently do not collect personal data, these rights are not presently applicable — but we are committed to honouring them if our practices change.
