This Privacy Policy explains how Gopigraphy Inc (“we”, “our”, or “us”), operating under the brand SuperFlyp, collects, uses, and protects information in connection with Termsy — a Chrome extension that helps users scan and understand Terms of Service and Privacy Policy pages. By installing or using Termsy, you agree to this policy.

Note: Termsy processes page content entirely on your device. We do not send Terms of Service or Privacy Policy text to any external server for analysis. Your browsing content stays with you.

1. Information We Collect

Termsy collects only what is necessary to provide its core functionality and to manage user access.

Page Content: Text from Terms of Service and Privacy Policy pages you visit. Processed locally on your device only — never transmitted to our servers.

Email Address: Your email used for waitlist signup or future account login. Collected when you sign up for the waitlist or create an account.

Name: First and/or last name. Collected when you sign up (optional).

We do not currently collect usage analytics, behavioural data, or any other telemetry from within the extension.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Page content — Used only on your device to analyse and summarise Terms of Service and Privacy Policy documents. It is never uploaded, stored, or sent to any third-party service.

• Email address — Used to send you waitlist updates, notify you when Termsy launches, and manage your account when user login is made available.

• Name — Used to personalise communications and account management.

3. Local Processing – No AI Data Sharing

Note: Termsy analyses page content entirely on your device. We do not send any Terms of Service or Privacy Policy text to external AI APIs (such as OpenAI or Anthropic) or any other third-party server. Your browsing content is never transmitted, stored, or processed outside your browser.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data only in these limited circumstances:

• Service providers — Trusted vendors who assist with email delivery, hosting, or account management, bound by confidentiality obligations.

• Legal obligations — If required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.
